Multi-eFax Routing & Reliability
- Designed for practices with multiple offices, departments, or high-volume faxing. Connect multiple eFax services and route incoming faxes to the appropriate office or department using your existing Schedule Groups, giving staff a focused view of the faxes relevant to the local clinic.
- Improve fax reliability by having more than one eFax service available. If a fax does not go through one provider, staff can resend it using an alternate provider. You can also designate a preferred eFax provider for individual recipients, helping your staff use the service that works best for that destination.
