Free or Optional Services

* Certain features or services may be optional, promotional, or provided at no additional charge. Such features are not part of the base subscription unless expressly stated in a written agreement.

Optional or no-charge features are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Liquid Medical Office makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free performance, regulatory suitability, or fitness for a particular purpose for such features.

Optional or no-charge features do not include service level commitments, uptime guarantees, dedicated support, customization, or direct end-user assistance unless separately agreed in writing.

Patients and end users seeking assistance with access or usage of optional features should contact their clinic or provider directly. Liquid Medical Office does not provide direct support to patients or third-party end users.

Availability of optional or promotional features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time at Liquid Medical Office’s discretion.

Use of optional features remains subject to the applicable service agreement between the parties.
