How is the product priced?
- We have different pricing and add-ons which vary can vary depending on your clinic prefers. Please click here to see a more detailed breakdown.
Do you offer a free edition?
- No we do not offer a free edition, but during the COVID-19 pandemic we will be including Telehealth free of charge.
Which plan will suit small practices?
- While each plan and practice is different, for our smaller practices we recommend the EMR + billing. For a more detailed breakdown on price click here.
How do I update my credit card details?
- First search and select the correct patient
- Credit card details can be accessed through a patient’s timeline
- Click the Timeline tab from a patient’s summary chart
- Click the Ledgers tab for payment details
- On the toolbar, click the Bluefin Payment icon > fill appropriate information > select Continue > follow instructions
