      How is the product priced?

      Do you offer a free edition?

      1. No we do not offer a free edition, but during the COVID-19 pandemic we will be including Telehealth free of charge.

      Which plan will suit small practices?

      1. While each plan and practice is different, for our smaller practices we recommend the EMR + billing. For a more detailed breakdown on price click here.

      How do I update my credit card details?

      1. First search and select the correct patient
      2. Credit card details can be accessed through a patient’s timeline
      3. Click the Timeline tab from a patient’s summary chart 
      4. Click the Ledgers tab for payment details
      5. On the toolbar, click the Bluefin Payment icon > fill appropriate information > select Continue > follow instructions
